SAADHO (साधो, also spelt Sadho: Hindi for “take aim”) is structured interview prep for AI/ML and LLM engineering roles. Tell it your interview date and how much time you have, and it plans every day until then from 300+ vetted resources, in the order you should learn them, with what to read and what to skip.

## What it does

- [A day-by-day plan](https://saadho.arushk.tech/start): your interview date, hours a day and how well you know each area become a dated plan. About a minute, no sign-up.
- [A library of interview topics](https://saadho.arushk.tech/library): 102 topics, each with what interviewers check and the vetted resources in study order. Every resource has a briefing: why it matters, exactly what to read, what to skip.
- [How 203 companies interview](https://saadho.arushk.tech/companies): each company’s rounds, its rule on AI tools in interviews, and what it tests most. Every round sourced and dated.
- [A quick sprint](https://saadho.arushk.tech/sprint): for an interview tomorrow or in a few hours. Quick cards with questions to answer out loud, then a last-15-minutes checklist.
- [Group-discussion practice](https://saadho.arushk.tech/room): an eight-minute voice discussion with four AI colleagues, in English or Hinglish, then a scorecard that quotes what you said. 10 discussions.

## Questions

- **Who it’s for:** anyone preparing for an AI engineer, ML engineer or LLM engineer interview, from a first job to senior roles.
- **Why not just ask a chatbot?** A chatbot gives you a list of topics. SAADHO gives you a dated plan with checked links, how long each one takes, what to skip, and how 200+ companies actually interview.
- **What it costs:** nothing. Your plan needs no sign-up; sign in with GitHub, X or Discord for group-discussion practice, 4 sessions a day.
